The Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod is planting two new congregations in Arkansas as part of its “100 Missions in 10 Years” initiative.

Ross Chartrand is serving as a home missionary in Northwest Arkansas and is working to start a church in the Bentonville-Centerton area.
