October 18 – Bulgaria’s Levski Sofia has signed a sleeve sponsorship deal with dairy producer Lacrima, one of the largest Bulgarian companies producing dairy products.
In addition to the first team, Lacrima will also supply the club’s Academy, and all children’s and youth teams with dairy products.
No value or length of the deal has been released.
From the information provided, it is not clear what period the contract between Levski and Lacrima is for and what its value is.
“We are extremely happy to welcome our new partner – Lacrima, one of the largest producers of dairy products in Bulgaria. The company will be our sponsor, with their logo taking place on the sleeve of the official match kit.
“We are also happy to announce that Lacrima lends a hand to the club’s Academy, where they completely take over the supply of top-class dairy products,” said Levski.
“We are extremely happy to welcome Lacrima to the big blue family. We are grateful for the hand extended to the club, as well as for the huge commitment they make to the most important – our young footballers. We hope for a long and fruitful partnership,” said Levski executive director of Levski, Daniel Borimirov.
In reply Rositsa Cherkezova, Lacrima’s executive director, emphasised the power of sport and its role in the development of young people.
“Our partnership with Levski gives us the unique opportunity to contribute to this development from an early age. For years we have been working to support sports among young generations, and our current cooperation is another step forward in this direction,” said Cherkezova.
