(KRON) — A person who shot and killed one other man on an Orinda street in September is not going to be charged, the Contra Costa County District Legal professional’s Workplace stated. The DA painted a narrative of self-defense in a press launch put out Wednesday.
The capturing occurred on Sept. 12 in a residential space of Orinda — Las Vegas Street and La Espiral. Police arrived to discover a man who suffered a gunshot to the neck.

The DA’s workplace stated a Toyota 4Runner being pushed by 50-year-old Scott Decker was shifting slowly on St. Stephens Drive when one other driver handed it. Decker responded by pulling in entrance of the opposite driver and blocking his path.

Decker was a resident of Orinda and Truckee. He died on the scene.
