Gun pointed at guardian in Vegas Verdes College dispute

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A dispute between dad and mom dropping off their youngsters at an elementary college resulted in a person pointing a gun at a guardian, in line with a police report. 

The incident occurred on March 4 at Vegas Verdes Elementary College. That campus is situated close to Oakley and Valley View boulevards in central Las Vegas.

In line with the Clark County College District Police Division (CCSDPD) police report, a lady strolling her little one to highschool was upset at a driver who she mentioned practically struck her with a car. Her husband, recognized as Arturo De Jesus Salazar, pointed his gun on the driver and threatened to kill them, in line with the doc.

“I’ll kill you right now, black [expletive]. Touch my wife,” Salazar mentioned, in line with the report. 

Salazar pleaded responsible on April 4 and was ordered to steer clear of Vegas Verdes Elementary. His firearm was seized as a part of his sentencing, courtroom data indicated.
