LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The federal authorities shutdown is impacting the providers veterans in southern Nevada obtain.

In response to a spokesperson with the Division of Veterans Affairs, in-person appointments relating to VA advantages are now not taking place on the North Las Vegas VA Medical Middle, positioned on 6900 North Pecos Highway. The shutdown, which is now the longest in US historical past, has induced disruptions to the Veterans Advantages Administration.

Veterans in southern Nevada now should name or go browsing for inquiries about their federal advantages.

The hospital itself falls below Veterans Hospital Administration, and it isn’t experiencing disruptions to its health-related providers.
