Three individuals, identified as members of Palestine Action, who are facing accusations of invading a UK branch of an Israeli defense company and causing damages estimated at £1 million, have refuted the allegations.
Finn Collins from Whitstable, Salaam Mahmood from Abbey Wood in London, and Liam Mullany from Poole entered their not guilty pleas on Friday at Woolwich Crown Court, contesting charges including aggravated burglary, criminal damage, and violent disorder.
According to the prosecution, the group was reportedly equipped with sledgehammers and whips during the break-in at the Elbit Systems facility located near Patchway, Bristol, which took place in the early hours of August 6, 2024.
The date for their next court appearance has not yet been set.
All three were arrested following a series of operations conducted by Counter Terrorism Policing South East.
The government designated Palestine Action as a proscribed organization on July 5.
