Houston – Authorities charged a local homeowner with aggravated assault after he allegedly unleashed a barrage of gunfire on a father and his 13-year-old daughter who briefly used his driveway to turn around. The incident unfolded Tuesday afternoon on Willbriar Lane in the Houston area of Fort Bend County, leaving bullets lodged in the vehicle but no physical injuries.[1][2]

Police described the confrontation as stemming from a simple maneuver on a residential street, highlighting tensions over property access in suburban neighborhoods. The family escaped unharmed, though the emotional toll promises to linger.
