Pioneering Australian physician Richard Scolyer has died, three years after being identified with an aggressive mind tumour.
Scolyer, 59, made world headlines for his choice to bear a dangerous world-first experimental therapy for his glioblastoma by the hands of his good friend Professor Georgina Lengthy – based mostly on the pair’s personal scientific breakthroughs in pores and skin most cancers.
