Crowds rejoice within the solar for metropolis’s Satisfaction

Tons of of individuals have taken to the streets of Sunderland to rejoice Satisfaction.

Hosted by charity Out North East, co-founder of Stonewall Lord Michael Cashman CBE attended and spoke on the occasion, which culminated at Keel Sq..

North East mayor Kim McGuinness was additionally in attendance alongside Labour MPs for Sunderland Central, Lewis Atkinson, and Jarrow and Gateshead East, Kate Osborne.

Forward of the occasion, Atkinson stated: “I consider in a Sunderland that’s secure and welcoming for all, a metropolis the place everybody may be who they’re and love who they select.”
