LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Two years of cones are coming to a busy stretch of East Charleston Boulevard for a drainage challenge alongside the highway bordering the Arts District and the Huntridge neighborhood.

“There is a lot of dated infrastructure in Charleston right now. There is an existing storm drain on the north side of the street, but it is at capacity and it’s been there since probably 1960ish,” Melton mentioned.
